Work
continued apace on the Electra as Amelia Earhart and Fred Noonan extended their
stay in Bandoeng. The two kept each other company today as they toured the
region, with the argument of the other night put aside if not forgotten. A.E.
made certain, however, that she spent the majority of her time in the hangar
with her by-now beloved Flying Laboratory, overseeing the work, which was
spelled out in detail in Work Order Number 1477.
